On February 9, 2016 from 1 PM to 2:30 PM EST, Suzanne E. Deliscar, Deliscar Professional Corporation, in collaboration with ezCPD.ca, will present a webinar entitled “Nuts and Bolts of a Basic Will and Powers of Attorney”.

This webinar will walk you through the key issues and checklists that will help you prepare a basic Will, Continuing Power of Attorney for Property, and Power of Attorney for Personal Care.

The webinar will cover the issues relating to the critical questions to ask every estates client, testamentary capacity, preventing conflicts of interest and undue influence, and documenting instructions. This program will also provide an annotated Basic Will as well as annotated Continuing Power of Attorney for Property and an annotated Power of Attorney for Personal Care.

The target audience are lawyers licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario, Canada. This webinar is approved for 60 minutes of Substantive Content and 30 minutes of Professionalism Content for those seeking Continuing Professional Development credit for their Law Society of Upper Canada CPD requirements. The cost is $149.00 plus HST.
