Ms. Deliscar has drafted hundreds of wills and powers of attorney, and advised and represented client on issues regarding estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.  For those requiring family law counsel, Ms. Deliscar is available to provide advice regarding the drafting of separation agreements, child custody, access, and support issues, as well as a variety of domestic contracts, among other family law matters. Civil litigation matters, including personal injury and commercial disputes, are also handled by the office.

Notarizations

Individuals seeking notarizations must bring two pieces of photo ID. Cash and cheques are accepted. The first notarization is $40, and each subsequent notarization at the same appointment is $20.

Special Note: Suzanne Deliscar has been registered as a lawyer and notary public at the following embassies and consulates which are special designations that will assist clients who need to file legal documents with those specific countries:
