“Managing Difficult Clients: How to Stay Sane” Webinar – December 18, 2017

On December 18, 2017, Brampton lawyer-linguist Suzanne Deliscar will present an online course aimed at providing counsel with best practices in managing difficult clients.

During the Managing That Difficult Client: How to Stay Sane webinar, presented via ezCPD.ca from 1-2 p.m., Deliscar, founder of Deliscar Professional Corporation, will outline the importance of managing expectations, being clear about your role, staying calm and acting in a professional manner at all time.

Topics on the agenda include:

  • why you need to be concerned;
  • knowing what your role is;
  • the importance of documenting everything;
  • staying calm and clear about what you will or will not do for the client; and
  • when to say goodbye (doing nothing is an option.)

The webinar is accredited for 60 Professionalism minutes of CPD content for the Law Society of Upper Canada’s CPD requirements.
